German lender pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has agreed to refinance an office portfolio in Bonn owned by family investment firm Marc-Henric Asbeck.
The €110 mln loan was concluded in August 2015 and covers seven office buildings in prime locations in the town’s Bundesviertel quarter.
The properties are rented in their entirety to established tenants, the largest of which is Deutsche Post Immobilien, a subsidiary of Deutsche Post.
Gerhard Meitinger, head of real estate finance Germany at pbb, said: ‘The Marc Asbeck family is a successful real estate investor and its activities have accompanied the changes in Bonn over many years, from the capital city to telecommunications and service centre.’
