German investment company, iii-investments, has purchased a seven-storey office building in Paris on behalf of a special fund it manages. The financial details were not disclosed.

German investment company, iii-investments, has purchased a seven-storey office building in Paris on behalf of a special fund it manages. The financial details were not disclosed.

The building is located in the second Arrondissement near the Paris stock exchange in the CBD. The building was refurbished recently and is leased for 9 years to Red Bull France.

' With this purchase we consequently stick to our strategy to buy in the current favourable market environment high quality buildings at first class locations for our institutional clients', said managing director Reinhard Mattern.

iii-investments is based in Munich and is the real estate investment company of HypoVereinsbank and a member of UniCredit Group. The company currently manages seven special funds, one Luxembourg SICAV and two public funds with a total of EUR 4.8 bn in assets.
