Caerus Debt Investments has further strengthened its team with the addition of Ralf Verwiebe as an investment manager.

He will be primarily responsible for expanding Caerus' business with international clients, as well as origination, structuring, and process management of complex finance agreements.

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including 15 years in real estate banking, Verwiebe brings a wealth of expertise to Caerus.

Prior to joining the company, he worked in the real estate finance division of Helaba in Frankfurt, serving as department director for international clients Germany since 2016.

During his tenure, he initiated and led numerous financing arrangements across various property classes and was, in particular, responsible for risk analysis, structuring, and transaction management.

Verwiebe began his career as a lawyer specializing in real estate law at Clifford Chance in 2003. In this role, he provided advisory services to European and US clients in real estate transactions, due diligence processes, and complex financings.

He studied in Munich and Frankfurt am Main, earning his doctorate in European environmental and construction planning law.
