Munich-based ABG Real Estate Group has made two senior hires, appointing  Claudia Lewin and Karen Proff as senior project manager and senior manager of letting respectively.

Ulrich Höller, managing partner at ABG Real Estate Group, said: 'With Claudia Lewin and Karen Proff, we have managed to attract two renowned and seasoned experts with all the expertise that professional project management requires.'

Lewin has 13 years of experience in the German and international real estate sector, especially in asset management and the implementation of real estate concepts.

She has worked for several renowned international investors such as Pembroke Real Estate and Colliers CRE; most recently, she worked in asset management for Tristan Capital.

Lewin will be focusing on the acquisition and marketing of development projects, but also on the existing properties of ABG’s new business line ABG Capital. These include the 35,000 sqm landmark office building VoltAir near Berlin’s Alexanderplatz, and the housing construction project Schuberts Gärten in Berlin-Zehlendorf.

Real estate economist Karen Proff has 25 years of experience in the German real estate market. She was responsible for letting at Hochtief Projektentwicklung in Berlin, Pamera (Barings) in Munich and most recently at Catella Projektmanagement in Düsseldorf.

Based in Frankfurt, she will be responsible for nationwide letting and support the ABG development team.
