The property is located in the 7th arrondissement, the political and cultural heart of Paris, opposite the Musée du Louvre on the left bank of the Seine and is fully let to a single tenant. Originally built in 1869, the Hôtel Particulier has a classically decorated façade made of natural stone.

AM alpha was advised on this transaction by law firm sbkg et associes, tax advisory DLA Piper, notary C&C Notaires and technical consultancy Theop.

Etienne Marcot, head of France at AM alpha, said: ‘This transaction underlines once again that we create attractive investment opportunities for our partners even in particularly competitive markets and successfully complete complex investment processes.’

‘As we see promising potential in Paris and other cities in France, we will expand our portfolio in France in the medium term.’
