German banks provide refinancing for Warsaw office project
Berlin Hyp and Landesbank Berlin said on Wednesday that they have jointly provided refinancing totalling more than EUR 34.7 mln for the construction of the Harmony Office Center in Warsaw. The borrower is the Harmony Office Center vehicle and the loan has a five-year term.
