Gerald Eve has strengthened its London Offices team with the recruitment of Patrick Ryan as partner.
Ryan joins Gerald Eve from Levy Real Estate, where he was an agency and development partner, and has 20 years’ experience of the central London office market. He holds particular expertise in advising occupiers on their real estate requirements, with significant previous clients including Facebook, LinkedIn, ManpowerGroup, Smurfit Kappa and Swarovski.
