Gerald Eve has strengthened its building consultancy team with the recruitment of Richard Close as partner.
Richard joins from CBRE, and will be leading a specialist technical development management and construction monitoring team working across all commercial property sectors. His client relationships include banks, investment funds, property companies, landed estates and corporate occupiers.
