Gerald Eve has strengthened its international alliance of independent real estate advisors with the addition of a new Danish partner.
Joining the alliance is CC Property, a partership based in Copenhagen which was founded in 2013. Key competencies include investment, agency, development, finance and valuation.
Simon Prichard, senior partner at Gerald Eve, said: 'Real estate is an increasingly global business, and clients from across the world are demanding top-tier advice in a range of countries and jurisdictions. The international alliance we have built is a direct response to this need, and the arrival of CC Property – one of Denmark’s leading real estate advisory firms – gives clients access to an even greater spread of expertise.'
The partner is the first new arrival since Italian firm Gabetti Property Solutions joined last year, and extends representation for the alliance to 20 countries and 22 partners.
'We look forward being part of an international alliance, with a broad international base,' said Peter Mahony, managing director of CC Property.
'We are also confident that this joining the Gerald Eve will be to the benefit for the client of the alliance. Real estate environment has become an international business, and we see a growing interest among foreign investors for the Danish market as well as Danish investors looking abroad.'
