Full-service property consultancy Gerald Eve has strengthened its UK Midlands development advisory capabilities with the appointment of Sam Skinner as a partner.

Based at the firm’s Birmingham office, Skinner will advise clients on a range of strategic development issues, focusing on greenfield-led schemes for both residential and employment uses, together with planning policy and financial viability.

He joins from Fisher German, where he was an associate director, and has a decade’s experience within the Midlands property market.
