UK advisory firm Gerald Eve has boosted its development team with a double hire, recruiting Adam Pappini as partner and Tom Marshall as senior associate.
Pappani has joined from Deloitte Real Estate, with 22 years of development consultancy, procurement and transactions experience, the firm said.
He was most recently lead commercial adviser on High Speed Two, culminating in the appointment of Lendlease as the development partner for a major regeneration of Euston station.
Marshall has also joined from Deloitte Real Estate, where he had a public sector focus.

The appointments follow the recent appointment of Hari Sothinathan as partner, as part of a strategy to expand the firm’s London and national public sector client base.
