UK property consultancy Gerald Eve has recruited Rob Payne (pictured left) and Dean Collins as new salaried partners in its building surveying divisions in London and Manchester.

Payne joins from Cluttons with over 25 years’ property experience, including a period client-side. Having successfully performed a lead delivery role for both professional services and project instructions, his clients have included M&G, TH Real Estate, Arcadia Group, Sydney & London Properties, Hypo Real Estate Bank, Bank Leumi UK and the Marylebone Cricket Club.
In Manchester, Collins has arrived from Trilogie Corporate Real Estate, with over 16 years’ experience across both the public and private sectors, having also previously led the Manchester building consultancy team at Deloitte Real Estate. He has advised a range of clients including Edinburgh City Council, BP, Henley Investors, Lloyds Development Capital and Manchester Airport Group.
