UK advisory firm Gerald Eve has strengthened its planning and development capabilities with the recruitment of five new team members.

Leonie Oliva, who has been recruited as a partner, has extensive experience at both GVA and Deloitte advising on planning projects and major applications in both the private and public sectors.

Her expertise spans a number of sectors including culture and heritage, education, residential, industrial and logistics and regeneration, having advised on major schemes across London, according to the firm.

In addition, Harman Sond and Sam Neal join as senior planning consultants, Sond from Cushman & Wakefield and Neal from Montagu Evans. Tom Eyres arrives as a planning consultant, having most recently worked at Bidwells, while Jordan Collins has been appointed as an apprentice administrator.
