Cedric Georges-Picot is resigning from his role as managing director of Catella Property Belgium after eight years with the company. The position of managing director will be held by board member Stephane Guyot-Sionnest until a permanent replacement is appointed.

Cedric Georges-Picot is resigning from his role as managing director of Catella Property Belgium after eight years with the company. The position of managing director will be held by board member Stephane Guyot-Sionnest until a permanent replacement is appointed.

'We regret Cedric Georges-Picot's decision to leave Catella, but at the same time we would like to wish him all the best with his future plans to create his own development and co-investment company,' Johan Ericsson, CEO of the Catella Property Group, said in a statement.

'Catella's team in Belgium has a strong position and our ambition is to further strengthen our presence in Belgium. We are currently looking for a successor to Cedric Georges-Picot and along with that recruitment we will further strengthen the team,' he added.
