Generali Real Estate, the property arm of the Italian insurance giant, has completed the acquisition of two adjacent office properties in Paris from an unnamed vendor.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The assets, dubbed ‘Coeur Marais’ and ‘Fhive’ are fully independent and entirely let to a number of French and international tenants.
Located in Paris' Le Marais district, they were unveiled in spring 2017 following a two-year, large-scale refurbishment project.
Coeur Marais (64 rue des Archives) comprises 13,200 m2 of office spaces surrounding a large central atrium, and a private garden of 500 m2. Fhive (5 rue Charlot) offers 8,300 m2 of office space, including terraces.
Both properties have obtained the HQE Renovation and BBC Effinergie Renovation labels as a mark of their sustainability.
Generali was advised by Fairway, Oudot & Associes, LPA-CGR, Denjean and Turnbull. JLL represented the vendor in a co-exclusive sale mandate with Catella.
