Insurer Generali has acquired the Zoo Park residential complex in Dusseldorf for EUR 40 mln from Bema Enterprise Group, Thomas Daily reported. The transaction was said to have taken place at end-2008, before the actual development phase.

The gross floor area of the project amounts to 19,183 m2 with individual residential units set to range from 75 m2 to 200 m2. The residents will also have access to an underground garage with 108 parking spots. Bema said completion of the project is slated for Q3 2010.
