Goodman European Logistics Fund (GELF) said its inaugural €500 mln, five-year Eurobond issue was well supported in the market with demand reaching over €970 mln.
The proceeds of the bond will be used to repay existing debt facilities and to fund future growth
opportunities, the company added.
'Accessing the debt capital markets is consistent with GELF's debt strategy of diversifying funding sources and extending its debt maturities,' said Emmanuel Van der Stichele, GELF's fund director.
GELF is a €1.9 bn pan-European fund with a portfolio of 94 assets in 11 countries.
