German Estate Group (GEG), a Frankfurt-based property firm owned by asset manager DIC and private equity firm KKR, has unveiled further plans for its Riverpark Tower project development.
The proejct's architect, Ole Scheeren, will now also oversee its interior design – comprising the lobby area as well as up to 120 apartments in the 60-700 m2 range.
As announced previously, the development will also include an adjacent building designed by architect Jo Franzke, where GEG will build around 35 rental flats subsidised by the City of Frankfurt.
Estate agents Ballwanz and JLL have been retained as distribution partners. Marketing is set to start in the autumn of 2018.
The project's technical highlights include a fully automated parking system to facilitate all modern means of transport, including electric cars and e-bikes.
The five lower floors of the Riverpark Tower will comprise some 100 serviced apartments, whose interior design will be co-designed by the Frankfurt interior architect Oana Rosen.
