French office-focused group Gecina has pre-let its entire Neuilly-sur-Seine development, securing additional rents of EUR 5.6 mln per year.
In a statement, the Paris-listed REIT said a technology and innovation consultancy and a company from the luxury sector have agreed to occupy the 9,000-m2 office complex located at Avenue Charles de Gaulle.
The rental agreements are for nine and seven years running from July and August 2012.
The complex, designed by architects Lobjoy & Bouvier Associés, is expected to be delivered at the end of April 2012. It is aiming for high environmental quality (HQE) certification. Catella and Maître Jégou from Baker & McKenzie advised Gecina on the letting deal.
