All project management aspects are being handled by the asset management and construction teams at Gecina, the French property major which that holds a 38% stake in Gecimed.
Gecimed's partnership with Generale de Sante dates from 2006 when Gecina signed a protocol agreement with Generale de Sante for the acquisition of a portfolio of 28 clinic properties. In addition to its portfolio of 31 healthcare real estate assets, Gecimed now has a development project pipeline covering two dependent elderly facilities and one private hospital.
