Gecimed, the healthcare property subsidiary of listed French group Gecina, has finalised the sale of four clinics in France.

The four clinics, operated by Générale de Santé, were acquired by a healthcare real estate investment fund managed by BNP Paribas REIM France. The investment volume was €80 mln.

The assets have a combined total of over 720 beds and 53,800 m2 of space.

Gecimed was advised by law firms Fairway and De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, the notary's office Wargny et Katz and investment consultancy Your Care Consult, while BNP Paribas REIM France was advised by notary firm Jean Marc Alexandre et associés.
