GE Real Estate France has acquired two new office buildings from Toulouse-based property company GA for a total of EUR 9.7 mln. The transaction is part of the process started in 2005 whereby GA has been divesting its property portfolio to GE Real Estate France to concentrate on property management. Several members of the GA team have transferred to GE Real Estate's Toulouse headquarters.

Several members of the GA team have transferred to GE Real Estate's Toulouse headquarters.

The first property, located at Le Parc de la Plaine in Toulouse, comprises 3,096 m2 of space and is let to BNP Paribas bank on a six-year lease. The second building, with a lettable area of 1,812 m2, is in the Ikirch business park in Strasbourg. This property is rented to the Centre de Traitement Informatique Grand Est on a 9-year lease.
