GE RE acquires office building in Nantes

GE Real Estate France has acquired the Insula office building in the centre of Nantes from the French property group Bremond for an undisclosed amount. The building, which is partially being refurbished, consists of 15,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space and a restaurant.
