Property adviser Jones Lang LaSalle said the Polish arm of GE Money Bank will let 5,500 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space in the Arkonska Business Park in Gdansk. The bank will move to the new offices in July 2008. The project is being developed by Polish firm Torus.

Property adviser Jones Lang LaSalle said the Polish arm of GE Money Bank will let 5,500 m2 of office space in the Arkonska Business Park in Gdansk. The bank will move to the new offices in July 2008. The project is being developed by Polish firm Torus.

The Arkonska Business Park is a 25,000 m2 complex of five modern office buildings with a total rentable area of 25.000 m2. The first phase consists of buildings A1 and A2, each with 5,500 m2 of lettable space. GE Money Bank will occupy the whole of building A1.

GE Money Bank was advised by CB Richard Ellis, while Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Torus.
