GE Capital Real Estate and Endurance Land have sold their freehold interest in London’s Lever Building for £31.6 mln (€40.2 mln).

The seven-storey converted Victorian warehouse building on Clerkenwell Road was acquired by Lord Alan Sugar’s property company Amsprop at a net initial yield of 4.04%.

The building covers a total of 30,637 ft2 (2,846 m2) and is let by Tesco Holdings Ltd on an 11-year lease for an annual rent of £1.35 mln.

DTZ advised the vendors and Amsprop was unrepresented.
