The two towers, reaching a height of 175 and 141 metres respectively, were developed in 1975 and offer roughly 30,000 m2 of office accommodation.
Law firms De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and Allen & Overy advised on the deal. Arsene Taxand advised GE Capital on fiscal aspects, while CMS BFL acted for Colbert.
