Gazeley, the UK-based developer of logistics and distribution space, is to develop a new distribution centre for Rudolph Logistik Gruppe in Kassel.
The new facility will comprise 16,700 m2 and be built at the Magna Park Kassel. It will employ 100 people and be used as a cross-dock-centre by Rudolph for freight services in the Kassel region.
