Garbe Industrial Real Estate Poland has entered the Polish market with the acquisition of a new flagship production and warehouse facility located in Wroclaw from Hubergroup.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The 20-year term sale & leaseback deal comprises a 22,000 m2 build-to-suit facility, which Hubergroup will occupy.
Martin Polák, managing director CEE at Garbe Industrial Real Estate said: 'We are pleased to secure our first transaction in Poland in such a core and well established location. Together with Hubergroup we have a long term view for operating in Wroclaw and working together.'
Savills advised the vendor, while Allen & Overy advised the purchaser.

Hubergroup is a 255-year-old family-owned enterprise specialising in printer inks, coatings and pressroom chemistry.
