The Hamburg-based project developer is investing €27 mln on the project, which is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The seller of the property is the Beuerlein Group, which will hand over the site to Garbe Industrial Real Estate ready for construction.

Earlier this week Garbe's Dutch arm also announced the appointment of Paul Twigt as head of Real Estate Management. In this role, Twigt will oversee all asset and property management activities for Garbe's Dutch logistics portfolio, reporting directly to managing director Maurits Smit.

He joins Garbe from Mileway, where he served as regional director. Prior to this role, he gained extensive experience in various real estate disciplines, having worked at Sienna Investment Managers, Marathon Asset Management and NSI.
