Garbe Industrial Real Estate announced on Thursday that it is reinforcing its team in France and Italy with three new hires.
Marco Grassidonio, Gwendal Guillerme and Giulia Fradegrada, three experienced real estate experts, all joined Garbe from Patrizia Immobilien. Grassidoniois assuming the position of general manager Italy while Guillerme has been appointed senior investment & asset manager France and Fradegrada as asset manager Italy.
