Garbe’s core and core-plus fund, GLIF+II, has agreed to buy and lease back a 38,106 m2 logistics facility in Maastricht as it attempts to build up €1 bn of assets for the vehicle.

The price is understood to be in the region of €51 mln, according to PropertyEU’s sister publication, PropertyNL.

DSV Solutions Nederland, which is the Dutch arm of the global logistics company of the same name, is selling and leasing back the property. Terms of the lease have not been made public, except to say the lease is long term.

The asset is located at the Aviation Valley business park in Maastricht close to Maastricht Aachen airport.

It is the 6th deal for Garbe’s fund in the Netherlands.

Garbe was advised by Lexence, Drees & Sommer, and EY, while DSV was legally advised by Dentons.
