The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa in Galway, Ireland has been sold to a partnership between Irish hotel investment company the MHL Hotel Collection and private investor Jerry O'Reilly for an estimated €50 mln.
O'Reilly, who has been joint owner of the hotel since its opening in 2001, said that he was 'delighted to parter with the MHL Hotel Collection'.
Current operator Rezidor will continue to manage the hotel, which is located on the Wild Atlantic Way.
MHL currently owns hotels in Dublin, Galway and Limerick, with eight properties in the Irish capital. The company was founded by partners John Lally and Paul Higgins.
