Hauser & Wirth, a leading contemporary art gallery, has acquired a new lease on over 12,500 square feet of space in D2 Private's 23 Savile Row property for its new London gallery. This follows the recent opening of Hauser & Wirth's New York gallery.

The London gallery will be split either side of the building's main office entrance, with frontages to Savile Row, New Burlington Street and New Burlington Place.

Deirdre Foley, CEO and co-founder of D2 Private, commented: 'We are delighted to welcome another major organisation to 23 Savile Row, following our recent office lettings to Resolution, General Atlantic and Altima Partners. Such an international brand will complement the building and will be a major benefit to Savile Row.'

D2 Private was represented by property advisors H2SO and CBRE. Pilcher Hershman advised Hauser & Wirth.
