Cordia’s project is part of the urban transformation of the area called Mid-Ferencváros, Millenium Quarter or simply the 9th district, whose regeneration started in the early 2000s.

The first residential scheme will be located next to the new Research Centre for Human Sciences.

‘Our developments can be put into three categories, as we equally focus on downtown areas, which have outstanding investor demand, waterfront and suburb projects,’ said Tibor Földi, CEO of Cordia.

Meanwhile, the company is planning developments in the Marina Bay, located in the North Pest part of the city. Three projects which include nearly 800 apartments have been offered for sale.

The construction of Marina Garden and the Marina Life apartment buildings, both located a few hundred meters from the Danube river, is already underway. Marina Garden and Marina Life are expected to be handed over in 2020.

‘Both the Millennium Quarter and the Marina Bay perfectly fit into Cordia’s strategy: we’re concentrating on high profile locations, where we raise not only single buildings, but, along with a coherent concept, we carry out real, quality urban development projects,” concluded Földi.
