Futureal Investment Partners, the recently launched real estate investment and asset management business of CEE developer Futureal, has announced the acquisition of three assets in Poland for a total of 70,000 m2. Financial details were not disclosed.
As part of the deal, the company has taken control of the 30,345 m2 Galeria Bemowo shopping centre in Warsaw and the 25,570 m2 Manhattan shopping centre in Gdansk (pictured). Both complexes have spacious parking area and boasts 120 shops including a Carrefour hypermarket.
Futureal has also bought the Wratislavia Tower located in Wroclaw, located only 300 meters from the city’s main square. The 11-storey glass-walled building offers 12,000 m2 of office and service space including a cinema, a fitness centre and 140 underground parking spaces.
