In a statement to announce its first-quarter results, the Paris-based REIT said that it has bought the building located at 37-39 rue de Bellechasse and 104 rue de Grenelle, in the seventh district of the French capital.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The complex consists of three buildings each provided with an independent entrance, de Penthemont, Hôtel du Génie and le Pavillon de Penthemont. The building will be vacated by the public administrative services no later than 31 March, 2016.
Following the acquisition, the company owns a portfolio of 68,500 m2.
