French asset manager Perial AM has acquired an office building in the central Dutch city of Utrecht from the developers Reggeborgh Vastgoed and Onis Vastgoed for €31.5 mln.
The property, known as De Winthont, comprises 8,590 m2 of space spread over eight storeys and has 246 parking spaces. It forms part of a larger development where a new Van der Valk hotel was recently completed, comprising 180 rooms, congress facilities and a parking garage.
The office asset is let to a number of tenants including healthcare IT provider Promedico and recruitment agencies Maandag and Brunel.
Perial AM is part of the family-owned Perial group which had €2.8 bn of assets under management in Europe at end-2016, mainly in France. The company recently carried out its first acquisition in Germany with the purchase of a portfolio of offices worth €116 mln from a fund managed by Patrizia Immobilien.
