French insurance company Mutex has leased an additional 3,142 m2 of space at Le Prisme office building in Châtillon, southwest Paris, from landlord RREEF Investment. Savills advised RREEF, while BNP Paribas Real Estate acted for Mutex.
Mutex already occupies 6,808 m2 of space at the property located on 125 Avenue de Paris and has agreed a new six-year lease for the total 9,950 m2.
Le Prisme was built in 2006 and comprises 14,000 m2 of office space. Other tenants include Accenture and AG2R La Mondiale.
