French institutional investor Unofi Assurances has acquired the 5,000 m2 Atria office scheme in Paris
The property at 30bis - 32, rue de Paradis in the 10th district of Paris was sold for a gross price of €45 mln.
The vendor was developer GDG Investissements.
Unofi Assurances was advised by B&C Asset Management.
The office property was completed in 2012 and used to house the Baccarat Museum, then the Pinacoteca Museum. The asset has been refurbished, incorporating the latest environmental standards (HQE, BBC and BREEAM) and comprises around 5,000 m2.
Atria is fully leased to a first rate tenant from the consumer goods industry under a long-term lease.
The Notary SCP Oury Narbey Fontaine Martin assisted both parties.
The transaction was carried out by Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets department under an instruction with BNP Real Estate and CBRE.
