Logistics real estate developer and manager Frasers Property Industrial has appointed Daniel Niebur as head of portfolio & asset management Europe as of 1 November.
In his new role, Niebur is responsible for the management and value growth of Frasers Property Industrial’s real estate portfolio in Germany and the Netherlands.
He leads the European portfolio and asset management teams and oversees Frasers Property Industrial's sustainability efforts in the region.
Niebur graduated from the University of Regensburg, International Real Estate Business School (IREBS), with a Master of Science in Real Estate.
He is an experienced asset manager in the office and logistics real estate sector and previously held a senior role at DWS Real Estate.
