French real estate investment manager Oreima has raised €275 mln at the close of its latest fund Oreima IV after receiving capital commitments from European institutional investors.

The manager said the fund, which has a 50% leverage component, has already made around €200 mln of investments.

In total, the Oreima IV expects to make €350 mln worth of acquisitions mainly in offices, but also in mixed-use assets with a residential component, in Paris or in regional cities.

The fund’s investment plan also includes ‘associated green refurbishment initiatives’, the manager said.

Brigitte Sagnes Dupont, the president of Oreima, said: ‘This fundraising is a testimony of our teams’ ability to continue to successfully attract leading investors around our strategy. Oreima will pursue its strategic vision by selecting quality assets that will be modernised in line with its environmental aspirations and with respect for the history of the sites.’

Oreima is a company specialising in real estate investment which manages approximatively €1.8 bn in assets. Independent since 2006, the company owns a diverse portfolio of retail and office space in France.
