French REIT Icade has announced that it has entered into exclusive talks to sell its services subsidiaries I-Porta, Icade Asset Management and Icade Conseil.
Icade, which is largely owned by Caisse des Dépôts, said that it expects to close the transactions by the end of the third quarter of 2016.
The company did not disclose the name of the buyer(s) or further details on the deal.
The operation follows the announcement in April that Icade was selling its non-core property management arm, Icade Property Management (IPM).
