French REIT Icade has recruited advisors BNP and Catella to sell Le Millénaire 4office complex in Paris for about €220 mln.
Delivered in 2014, the asset is located in the 19th district of the French capital and provides around 24,000 m2 of office space. It is fully let to BNP Paribas and boasts a BREEAM Very Good rating.
The sales mandate comes hard on the heels of Icade’s disposal in February of the Millénaire 1 building and another office scheme in Paris and Villejuif, Val-de-Marne, for a total of €230 mln.
The 29,000-m2 Millénaire 1 building was bought by a real estate investment fund managed by Brookfield Asset Management.
