French investment manager Ciloger has acquired two commercial properties in Sainte-Eulalie, near Bordeaux, for a total of nearly EUR 83 mln.

The developer and vendor is Paris-based listed group Altarea Cogedim.

The assets provide nearly 26,000 m2 of commercial space and include the Grand Tour retail gallery anchored by a Leclerc hypermarket, and consisting of 56 shops, as well as a business park let to 15 tenants.

Ciloger is an SCPI and OPCI fund manager with EUR 3.5 bn of assets. Its funds are distributed through the Caisses d'Epargne and Le Groupe La Banque Postale network.
