French listed property firm Affine has announced the promotion of deputy CEO Matthieu Evrard as new head of the company following the resignation of Alain Chaussard, who led the company for the past 20 years.
Chaussard remains a director and vice chairman of Affine's board of directors, and has taken on the role of senior advisor to the company.
Evrard joined Affine in April 2016 and was appointed deputy Chief Executive Officer in January 2017.
Prior to that, he was a member of the executive committee of Louvre Hotels Group with a development and acquisitions management role.
