Designed by architect Massimiliano Fuksas, the business and services centre will provide a total of 63,000 m2 including four HQE and BBC office buildings, a four-star hotel of 210 rooms, 2,500 m2 of retail accommodation as well as 859 parking spaces.
Construction is expected to start in May with delivery of the first buildings planned for 2014.
