PointPark Properties (P3) has appointed Mike Forster as UK managing director. A former director of Burford Group and Valad Property Group, Forster has over 25 years experience in the Industrial development and Investment market. This has encompassed creating some of the UK's largest distribution parks, such as Western Approach and Cabot Park, as well as directing funding operations at Valad Capital Services.

P3 currently has over 1.5 million m2 of logistics/distribution accommodation under management in 10 European countries, and the company now has a UK platform.
P3 is wholly owned by Arcapita Industrial Management, the logistics warehouse investment management subsidiary of Arcapita Bank. Arcapita Bank is an international investment firm with offices in Bahrain, Atlanta, London and Singapore.
