Foruminvest has announced that it has terminated its presence in Turkey and closed its representative office in Istanbul 'due to a revised strategic focus and changed market circumstances'. Cem Alfar is resigning as general manager Turkey and will continue his career, with more than 20 years experience in real estate, outside the Foruminvest Group.

Foruminvest has a strong presence in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Italy. It is one of the largest independent shopping centre specialists in Europe, having developed more than 40 shopping centre and city projects since it was founded in the Netherlands in 1987.
