Péter Horváth, formerly Head of Asset Management at ING Real Estate Investment Management (REIM), has joined Mosaic Property CEE as Head of Asset Management for Central Europe.

Péter Horváth, formerly Head of Asset Management at ING Real Estate Investment Management (REIM), has joined Mosaic Property CEE as Head of Asset Management for Central Europe.

In his new position, Horváth will be responsible for increasing the value of the CE portfolio and optimising property management activities. ' My primary aim, given the current economic background, is to increase the occupancy level of our retail properties and to support the current tenants, as their success is the key to the efficiency of our real estate portfolio,' he said in a statement.

Horváth spent eight years at ING REIM where he took part in a number of major transactions, including the purchase and management of Campona and Polus Center. As Head of Asset Management, his responsibilities included active management and strategic development of the company’s real estate portfolio. Prior to this he woked at Cushman & Wakefield, Bradmore Consulting (now King Sturge), and Plaza Centers.

Mosaic Property CEE is a private equity real estate fund, investing in Central & Eastern Europe. The fund’s portfolio consists of retail, office and industrial properties located in Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Mosaic manages office buildings, a number of countryside Park Centers and other retail properties in Hungary.
