Revetas Capital, a private equity real estate firm that specialises in Central & Eastern Europe property, has said Edgar Rosenmayr will help in a strategic partnership capacity to aid fundraising and transactions.
Rosenmayr is a veteran of the European real estate industry for 30-plus years beginning with the European Bank For Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in 1998 where he was director for Property, Tourism and Shipping for almost 6 years.
In 2008 he became COO of ImmoEast and from 2010 until 2020 he was a board member at Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, where he had responsibility for the design and implementation of a strategy to build a portfolio of institutional class real estate in CEE, predominantly Poland, with a potential for listing in the medium term.
Also starting 2010 until present he is co-founder of REENAG developing windfarms and small hydropower plants in a number in Austria and CEE as well as Peru and Bolivia.
